ST. AUGUSTINE SHORES
Governing Body
The St. Augustine Shores Service Corporation (Service Corp) is governed by a seven member board of directors. Directors are elected by the homeowners for a two year term. For continuity three directors are elected one year and four directors are elected the following year. Executive officers, president, vice-president, treasurer, and secretary, are elected by the directors at the Annual Meeting in May to aid in the administrative duties of the corporation.
The Board of Directors meet monthly on the second Thursday of the month, at the Riverview Club, at 7 p.m. Homeowners are welcome!
The Service Corp Board oversees the overall operation of the community and develops policy to assure compliance with state statutes and other governing documents.
